Small Business Administration (SBA)

Brittany Borg is a lead program evaluator in the Office of Performance Management and the Chief Financial Officer at the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). In this role, Brittany evaluates SBA programs to understand outcomes, impact, and identify areas for improvement. She leads the development of SBA’s enterprise learning agenda and has championed efforts to build evidence quickly and at low cost.

Brittany has previously worked with New York City’s Department of Small Business Services where she designed and implemented monitoring and evaluation plans for agency economic development oversight and grants and conducted research and analysis on new initiatives.  She also worked with New York City Business Improvement Districts designing and conducting research in support of policy advocacy and business development. Prior to her work in New York City, Brittany served as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Dominican Republic.

Brittany holds MAs (Economics; International Political Economy & Development) from Fordham University and a BS (Finance) from Minnesota State University.
