Erika Liliedahl is a Senior Analyst on the Evidence Team at the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Erika has been at OMB since April 2015, first serving as a budget/program analyst on detail from the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). Prior to OMB, Erika held several policy analyst and program evaluation roles at DOL, including as a Senior Evaluation Specialist in the Chief Evaluation Office where she and the other inaugural CEO staff institutionalized a department-wide learning agenda process to identify and prioritize key research questions. She also managed multiple complex data pilot and evaluation projects, including implementation and impact studies. In DOL's Employment and Training Administration, her duties included policy analysis and serving as ETA’s liaison to GAO on an average of twelve concurrent studies. Before her federal career, Erika had extensive experience working at multiple national non-profit organizations where she conducted implementation analysis, program assessments, managed accreditation technical assistance teams, created tools for program improvements, and provided leadership and direction on performance measurement and data collection/analysis/validation. Erika has an M.P.P. from Georgetown University and a B.S. in mathematics from Rockhurst University.
